1. About WinSend

WinSend helps organizers monitor supported raffles, collect selected winner details, publish winner pages, generate exports, and optionally send a link to a configured contact on X. The raffle organizer remains responsible for the raffle rules, eligibility, selection of winners, and delivery of prizes. WinSend does not guarantee a prize, allocation, or outcome.

2. Accounts and authorization

You must be an adult with legal capacity to use the service and authority to act for any organization you represent. Keep your account and integration credentials secure, provide accurate configuration, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Only connect accounts and raffle sources you are entitled to use. Connecting an integration authorizes WinSend to perform the configured collection or delivery actions within the permissions granted. You can remove or revoke connections, but doing so may stop pending work.

3. Your content and participant information

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You give WinSend permission to host, process, reproduce, format, transmit, and share that content as needed to carry out your requested deliveries and operate the service.

You must have an appropriate legal basis and provide required notices or permissions for collecting and sharing participant information. Select only the fields needed by your recipients. Do not upload passwords, private keys, unlawful content, or information you are not authorized to disclose.

4. Automated delivery and retention

WinSend depends on supported providers to supply finalized results. Collection and delivery may be delayed by provider outages, rate limits, missing information, invalid credentials, or account restrictions. Displayed ready times are estimates. A retry after an uncertain external response can produce a duplicate message or export.

Collection settings may become locked after processing starts to preserve the delivery record. Check status and errors in WinSend and keep an independent copy of information you need to retain.

Google Sheet exports, when enabled, are scheduled for deletion three calendar months after export job creation. Expired sheet links are hidden; remote deletion may be delayed by outages or loss of Google authorization. WinSend's winner pages and delivery records have a separate retention lifecycle. Archiving does not delete published results, and deleting a file cannot remove copies held by recipients.

5. Plans, payment, and cancellation

Free and paid features are described on the pricing page. The checkout displays the price, billing interval, applicable taxes, and any promotion before you purchase. Stripe provides checkout and billing services; the seller and additional payment terms shown at checkout also apply to that transaction.

Subscriptions renew at the selected interval unless cancelled. Manage or cancel your subscription through Settings & billing and the linked billing portal. The portal confirms the effective cancellation date; cancellation scheduled for the end of a paid period leaves access available until that date. Cancellation does not itself delete an account or its records.

Automated processing requires the applicable plan and working integrations. Pro access must cover the provider-reported raffle end time; purchasing a plan after a raffle has ended does not retroactively make that raffle eligible. Promotions are subject to the conditions shown when offered.

For billing errors or refund requests, use the support details on your receipt or contact WinSend. Any mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal, refund, or service-remedy rights, remain unaffected. These terms do not create a blanket no-refund policy or waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use WinSend for unlawful raffles, fraud, harassment, unsolicited messaging, unauthorized data collection, or infringement of others' rights. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, evade provider limits, interfere with the service, or access another person's private account information. Follow the rules of the connected platforms.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal obligations, or non-payment. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the reason and provide a way to raise an error or complaint. You may stop using the service at any time; cancel any paid subscription separately.

7. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability, exact delivery times, and the accuracy of third-party results cannot be guaranteed. Provider features, permissions, and availability may change. WinSend's branding and software remain the property of their respective owners; using the service does not transfer those rights.

Each party remains responsible for its own conduct under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes and questions

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or applicable requirements. We will publish the revised terms with an updated date and give notice of material changes where required. Changes do not remove rights already accrued or override the terms of an existing purchase contrary to applicable law.
